Available in Regular Length and Longer Length. The compress area is the same size; the Longer Length option simply has longer straps for a more comfortable fit.
Note: Castor oil may stain clothing. Please wear suitable clothing during use.
We recommend using castor oil for topical application. Taking castor oil internally may cause some side effects:
- abdominal cramping
- nausea
- vomiting
- diarrhoea, especially when used in large amounts
- Do not use castor oil if you’re pregnant.
Allergic reactions to castor oil are rare but possible, so seek emergency medical care if you believe you are having a serious allergic reaction.
When using castor oil topically, it’s still best to start slowly and perform a skin patch test on a small area of your skin before applying larger amounts, and also keep it away from your eyes, inside of your nose, children and pets.

Castorvida Organic Castor Oil is hexane-free.
Hexane is a chemical solvent that can be used to help extract oils from seeds on an industrial scale. Although the solvent is subsequently removed during processing, some people prefer oils that have been extracted without the use of chemical solvents in the first place.
Our castor oil is cold-pressed and produced without the use of hexane during extraction, giving you a simple, minimally processed oil with a clearly explained production method.
